Operations management

As the operations manager of GLS I am responsible for the smooth operation inside the warehouse. For example, planning the resources is one of my tasks. Thereby I am in permanent communication with both the staff in our warehouses as well as with our commercial departments in order to achieve process improvements and to be able to fulfill the individual requirements of our customers.
